Description (summary) | 2009-07-17 | pC | Unbaked mud brick wall, partly visible between ^wall 6 and ^wall12, both overlaying it. It is 9 brick high and has a east-west orientation. The bricks are laid in regular rows sloping slightly north. Probably the wall was damaged as were built ^wall 6 and ^wall12. The bricks are made by a reddish earth with white inclusions (the source of the earth is a natural virgin soil which in this area has a typical red coloration) [Input: U717PC2.J] |
